Ritzy Fudge

Sweet and salty ritzy fudge is made from four-ingredient fudge, Ritz crackers, and salted caramel sauce.

Ritzy fudge is quick, easy, and has very little cleanup!

Gather Ritz crackers, chocolate, vanilla,

sweetened condensed milk, salted caramel sauce, and salt.

Line a 9"x13" pan with parchment paper.

Chop your chocolate into small pieces, or use chocolate chips if you're pressed for time.

Add the chocolate and sweetened condensed milk into a medium saucepan over medium heat.

Melt, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.

Verify that the fudge is fully melted and free of lumps.

Pour the fudge into your lined pan, and spread the fudge to the edges.

Press the Ritz crackers into the fudge. Push down until the cracker starts to sink into the fudge.

If they aren't pressed into the fudge well, they will easily pop off!

Drizzle with salted caramel, then cool uncovered in the fridge for at least four hours.

Cut into 24 or 48 pieces and serve.
