No-Bake Protein Granola Bars

20g of protein per bar · never dry!

It couldn’t be easier to make no-bake protein bars at home!

These granola bars are made with oats, nut butter, and protein powder for a well-balanced and wholesome bar.

Gather rolled oats, milk, nut butter, maple syrup,

vanilla extract, protein powder, and chocolate chips.

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, stir together the milk, nut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and protein powder.

The mixture, when warmed and fully mixed, will fall off the spatula in ribbons, like this.

Remove from heat.

Add the rolled oats and stir to combine.

Pour the mixture out into a square baking dish lined with parchment paper.

Use a spatula or your hands to press the bars into the pan.

Sprinkle on dark chocolate and flaky sea salt (optional), then chill for an hour in the fridge.

Slice into eight pieces, and enjoy!

Store covered in the fridge for up to a week.
