Gluten-free Cherry Almond Crumble

Gluten-free cherry almond crumble bars are made from a buttery oat and almond flour base and filled with cherries.

Use fresh or frozen cherries for a quick and easy gluten-free summer dessert!

Gather salt, granulated sugar, brown sugar,

cornstarch, sliced almonds, almond extract,

rolled oats, almond flour, melted butter, & pitted cherries.

Combine cherries, cornstarch, sugar, and almond extract in a medium bowl.

Set aside.

In another medium bowl, stir together oats, almond flour, brown sugar, sliced almonds, and salt.

Then, stir in the melted butter until fully combined, like this:

Pour out two-thirds of the crumble into a square 8" (20 cm) pan.

Press the bottom crust into the pan, then evenly spread the cherry mixture on top.

Top with the remaining crumble, then bake at 350°F/175°C for 20-25 minutes.
