Lavender Simple Syrup

Great for mixed drinks!

This syrup is made with three ingredients in about 15 minutes.

Add a floral note to tea, coffee, lemonade, mixed drinks, and more!

Gather water, sugar, and lavender buds.

Add the ingredients to a small saucepan.

Place over medium heat and bring to a boil.

Boil for two minutes, then remove from heat.

Let the lavender steep for an additional 10-15 minutes.

Strain out the lavender buds and pour into a jar.

Press out any remaining liquid from the lavender buds with a spatula.

Seal the bottle(s), then store in the fridge for 2-3 weeks.
