Iced London Fog

Flavors of bergamot + lavender

This is a refreshing, lightly sweetened iced London Earl Grey latte.

It's made with Earl Grey tea, ice, milk, & lavender syrup.

Gather lavender syrup,

hot water, ice, Earl Grey tea, and milk.

Brew the tea in six ounces (180 ml) of hot water.

Let the tea cool for 5-10 minutes (or longer, if you'd like)!

Pour the Earl Grey tea over ice in a tall glass.

Pour in the milk.

I like to use whole milk for the richness, but you can use any milk you like—even plant-based!

Add the lavender syrup.

Give it a stir, and enjoy!
